  They made sit down and wait for somebody to buy and item. Since when do people need to sit down to buy a product??? Thats very inefficient I just when to costco to buy the fastrak trasporter I was looking for

  I wish I could give them a 0. Had insurance with them for about 2 years = worst mistake of my life. They mistakenly double charged me and promised to issue a refund that NEVER came in the mail and it's been over a year, they claim to be "working on it." I basically stopped trying and just gave up on my money. About 3 months ago I went in and asked them to ENSURE that my insurance does not continue with them, and low and behold yesterday I get a letter in the mail saying they automatically debited me. I have never experienced such imbecile customer service in my life. These people have no idea what they're doing and they hate their lives and the company they work for. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
