  Branch Manager "Ellie" is the most disrespectful and unprofessional B of A employee! For a long time now I've always spoke very high about how Bank Of America has improved with their Customer Service. This manager "Ellie" should NOT be working and make B of A look terrible Today while trying to resolve a transaction on my account and because I CORRECTED "Ellie" the manager she turned around and walked out on my husband and I while SHE THREATENED us by saying "Watch me, I will close your account" This manager should not be working for Bank of America or maybe anywhere, she should retire it would be cheaper for Bank of America to give her unemployment or give her a "package" to terminate her employment I will file a FORMAL COMPLAINT on top of this review, This is not acceptable and it is not fair for Bank of America to loose customers because of this unprofessional employee MANAGER "Ellie" RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BANKNOF AMERICA SHOULD CONDUCT AND INVESTIGATION ON HER
