The manager Henry Cholakian has horrible customer service. I do not know how anyone could work under a manager who is that rude and sarcastic. On top of being rude he comes to work dressed sloppily and I'm almost positive it violates their dress code of business attire. I will never be going back to this branch again and in fact I will be switching banks because this isn't the first time I have received terrible customer service with bank of america.

If exist a bad custumer service a miss organized place is this bank at this location, I tried making appointments doesn't work, to make withdraw a big line you should put cashier inside like chase that allows to withdraw more than 500, I end up closing the account today.
