  I been coming here for many years, this was always my preferred location, their service was beyond great but over the years watching some of the employees be here for too long they started to lose their friendly professional touch. There are less smiles and less eagerness to help, whatever happened here I hope it gets better, this was once a 5 star rated place in my opinion, they are helpful to a certain extent but I can't trust my money being at a branch/bank who's loosing their touch with people, it's why I decided to switch banks.

  Big line and only have two tellers open? Big disrespect for peoples time. The managers seem to favor certain people from the crowd, and intimidate customers if when they complain. They need diversity training.
