  The worst insurance company I have EVER dealt with!! They don't deserve a star at all. They have been a hassle since they received my down payment, same day. I was quoted one price and charged another. I filled and signed the form for auto pay within my time frame and sent it back and following payment I received a letter saying it was cancelled due to non payment. I called talked to Raphael and the supervisor was helpful and admitted that it was their fault. Raphael on the other hand was not trying to help until I talked to the supervisor. Raphael sent me another form with an envelope already filled and stamped, i signed the paper and mailed it back, again, I receive a cancellation letter and I call and it's Raphael again that answers. He was not trying to help at all. First he said that the post office loses mail and then goes on to saying they lose mail all the time and I asked for supervisor or manager he said he was manager. I said no your not because the last time I talked to you your transferred me to your supervisor. We went back and forth and it went from supervisor is not here to she no longer works here and managers are not in. Horrible experience! If they get rid of Raphael and Oscar's Miscommunicating and misquoting self they might get more stars. Also check policy before signing and paying. Their services cost way more then the actual coverage and it's definitely not worth a penny.
