The manager Luz gomez was rude n had us waiting for over 45 mins when we told her we were gonna close our account she said fine close them n walk away from us .. I had an account wt them previously to this incident n never had a problem till now i referred friends to this bank just to get treated poorly sad .. Luz gomez should not b manager ..
