  A service that is needed can't be put down easily, so I'll try my best. Yes they are incredibly cheap for diving you all the way to El Pass and Back to LA. Yes this service is convenient and helps out a lot of elderly and people whom don't drive or can't fly to Mexico. But their customer service lacks human compassion or for that matter empathy and or simple common courtesy. My Fiancee and Mother in Law we're left in the border after inspections, the driver just up and left them behind along with two more families. Poor customer service, Bow I know that they do not have sophisticated computers and or a paper head count. Which takes no damn technology just common sense, but I see that is not a skill required for their drivers, unprofessional comes to mind just thinking about it. The El Paso location is ran by the most miserable people in El Paso, the baggage handlers we're courteous and professional but the ticket taker with ashy grey blond hair (you ain't fooling anyone) was just the worst experience simply purchasing the tickets. I don't feel we have to kiss your ass just to get service from you. Pathetic. The LA location in East Lansing was okay, never had a complaint towards them but their counterparts should really take some direction and training or fire everyone and start fresh, it would be easier. El Paso Limousine Station I dislike you and hope never to use you again. P.s. your busses stink. You could clean them before putting them back in the road but alas it proved beyond your comprehension of clean and efficient.
