  Wrost experience so far I started a policy with one guy then he gets fired after he did a great job helping me and now they have the rudest staff ever really regret going to this branch ridiculous customer service if u don't like what you do go home don't take it out on the world they put you on hold for 25 minutes and answer the phone telling you they know your information then they put u on hold again. Till they answer to ask you what you're information is ???

  I came in by happenstance just to check on my liability on my current insurance, Cesar Velasquez helped me locate my policy, saw what I was paying, and graciously offered to help me find a lower rate. Not only did he and Randy Alcazar took the time to discuss and search my options, they found me a policy for much less than I expected! I was beyond happy and grateful for their help and the lower cost that I was previously paying before, I've NEVER had this much of quality customer service in any business/industry I've worked with. These guys are not only hard, focused workers, they truly care and appreciate their customers. I would give 10 stars if I could., THANK YOU THANK YOU CESAR AND RANDY!!
