  Just wanted to change my health care provider with these people. I called the number listed on their card and was told because I am a medicare patient, I had to call a special number which turned out to be [1] Winco; [2] "Hot Bodies". Between a 2 day period over 5.5 hrs I was shuffled between many different support people who asked the same questions each time and then transferred me on to someone who asked the same questions and on and on. I have no computer or access. [I am at my sons] these people used to employ a call-back system, I have used it and it worked fine. they no longer have it operable. I pay over $650/month and this is the support they offer. no one was unkind, yet all of of them would/could not help me. my daughter finally took the phone from me when I was about to be transferred yet again and asked why that person couldn't help me. After some discussion it turns out, she could in fact help and did so. Still she would have transferred me on if my daughter hadn't insisted. It appears any number of them could of helped by taking an extra step, but choose not to. I give Health Net support an F. HealthNet, it seems doesn't bother to train well or provide customer service training. the support staff apparently isn't paid well enough to care to provide basic minimum customer service. HealthNet rakes in huge dollars, it does not spend any on support staff. They should be ashamed.
