  We just moved to the area and were looking at several apts. with great amenities and good location. I loved that fact that everything is brand-new and the rent incentives are great as well, especially given the fact that there are several apt. communities nearby that are absolute dumps offering the same incentives-why not opt for a totally new building. The one-bedroom apt. is sunny and the bottom floor option has a nice balcony/patio and storage. The guys at the office are super nice and helpful. There is a pool and outdoor area with a grill, fitness facility is enough if you are looking for a quick cardio workout-and there is a common area room you can rent out without a fee if you want to host a larger party. The people so far that I have met seem friendly and quiet. I recommend looking at this apt. complex. I am glad we rented here.
