  The Ritz is a clean and well-maintained apartment building. You'll find gated garage parking (with several tandems if you need two spaces), a nice little pool and hot tub area, a workout room, central air, and balconies on most units. The building is not as new as some of the more luxurious apartments in the area, but it's far from run down. Security is good; there are several cameras in the garage and at the door, and a guard is present every night. I've never felt unsafe here. The pool actually rests underneath one of the apartments, so it's usually chilly from being in the shade. The hot tub has just been nicely redone. The workout room is small but usable and includes bike, elliptical, treadmill, and weight machine. Overall, the facilities are great. Carlo, the managing company, runs professionally. I've found them to be courteous and accommodating, and they are prompt with repairs. In my time at this particular building, the turnover rate for managers has been high. It hasn't affected the quality of operation though, and I think it has just been an unusual set of circumstances. Regardless of who it was, the manager has been friendly and helpful. Overall, I find the Ritz to be a good value for the area.
