- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Please read, I share with you , how terrible our experience was with VRLA, Vacation Rentals Los Angeles. Do not rent from them under any circumstance. We rented from them in LA in July 2016, it's now Dec. 2016, we have not received our $500 deposit back. The have told us many stories, lies and excuses for not refunding our money. We did not cause any damage to their property and they know that. This company is fraudulent, and we are filing a law suit against them. It is impossible to reach them by phone, they did not give legitimate phone numbers, only emails. Please, Again, do not rent from them, You do not want your family vacation to be haunted by them. I have travelled to various countries outside of the USA, and utilized Flip Key, and many others rental agencies, and all of those experiences have been wonderful, Unfortunately this is the one horrible rental experience.By Angela Mueller, July 11, 2017
