  I applied for an apt that my monthly income is 10x the rent value, no major dept and my credit score is on the higher end. My application got denied no explanation. I honestly feel this is a scam to take my $20 dollars. The person I spoke with gave me no further information on why I got denied! Terrible customer service if this is a legit business. As now I feel I got scammed.

  Dont apply here they take your money and call you right back and say you got denied. Scam company. And the place i looked at wasnt up to the best standards but it was ok other than it looked like a previous motel. Talia is a liar dont pay them anything

  Rude, irresponsible, incompetent. They also specialize in properties that have been turned into hotels for AirBnB and the like, taking housing off the market that locals need. Avoid.
