  The worst experience I had with Wells Fargo here. We came with the owner of the credit card to have me pre-assign on the card too. We stated what we needed to do in clear words. It seemed like a simple request. We had a nice chat with the business banker. He said my card will be shipped to my address and I would start seeing the transactions on my online banking in up to 5 business days. I never received the card and my online banking left without change. I tried to call customer service, technical support, the branch - no help, they were just transferring me to each other. I came in to the branch. They told me they needed to see the owner of the card (AGAIN! When everything was supposed to be done at the first meeting). They promised to have the business banker call me the following day. I was available to speak and was waiting for his call. Nor he ever called me, neither I ever received the credit card.

  I was in a rush and needed a few copies of my bank statements. The wait was short and the banker helping me was extremely helpful. After a short conversation about why i was in a rush the banker gave me my copies for free.(normally 5$ each copy) i was stressed out and the banker was kind and helpful. Thanks! This branch has excellent customer service(:
