  This banking center has to be the worse bank I have ever been to. I visited the bank with my grandmother (Spanish speaker only ) who is 74 years old and needed special assistance with a banking legal procedure. The banker who initially helped us ( Kenny) appeared to be disgruntle and frustrated. He failed to properly help my grandmother and became angry when I attempted to help her do to vision issues and his lack of communication skills. He got up walked away and talked to his Manager. He later refused to help us and told us to return another day, once my grandmother was more alert and her vision got better. However, do to her old age things were not going to get any better.I requested to talk to his manager ( a female Hispanic) who later came out made eye contact and did not talk to me after walking pass me two times. A business specialist (Rivera) later approached us and was able to efficiently help my grandmother. He was able to tailor to my grandmother’s needs and took the time to explain the process to her. In conclusion, the lack of respect and willingness to help my grandmother that day was unacceptable by (Kenny). Had my grandmother gone alone, she would of never been able to stand a chance. Better training should be provided by Wells Fargo to it's employees. -Alex
