I will just give you guys a detailed email I have sent to the Director of the company. I would like to inform you about the worst experience I had today with your agent Maya Abdo. I got tickets for my parents and 6 of their friends to go to the Hawaii cruise today Maya. I contacted her back in 11/10/2015 and asked her for information regarding their tickets and she told me she has sent the tickets via mail and it has been returned back to her. (she never had ask us the mailing address before) when she confirm the address it was somewhere in east LA when our address is in Santa Monica. Anyway I gave her the address and she said she would mail the tickets on the same day. We never receive any ticket on the mail and when I talked to one of the friends who was also with us she had the same story. On the same day she sent me an email with the address for the port #92 on it, I called her for information regarding the size and limitation on the leagues, I asked her for tickets again and she said don't worry I will be there to see everyone my self and would take care of everything. She called me back on Friday to arrange the shuttle for my parents, but due to my parents age and being handicap, I informed her I will personally bring them and make sure they will not have any language problem at the port. My mother called her on Friday after noon with the limited language she had Maya also informs her she will hand the tickets to us at the port. Today, I took my parents and another friend who was sailing with them to the port #92 at 12:00 pm. As soon as we got there I called Maya and told her " I am here at Pier #92 and they are not letting anyone in without boarding pass and we cannot get in" she said she is here too and she is coming to give us the tickets". We waited for 30 minutes and she did not show up. weather in windy my father is about 80 years old. I am a handicap my self, so I called her back and asked her where she is. when we confirmed the location to find each other, She tells me we are suppose to be at pier #93. Now we are 5 handicap people: my parents, one of the friends who sail with them, me and my husband at pier #92 with 4 bags who needs to walk to the other side, pier #93. so I asked her if there is any way we could get some help from her, and the answer is "If I would have shuttle for them this issue would not happen" if you heard a single SORRY word from her. We walked to Pier #93, and when we were try to find out the shortest way from the security he informed us we are not the only ones with wrong information and being on the wrong pier. She comes forward when we get to #93 and I walk to her with smile and tell her that I am very disappointed. Right away, she hold her hand on front of my face and tells me she does not want to talk to me, without any apologizes. I reported her to the admin officer, and when I show him the piece of paper Maya had given us he was amazed for lack of information. Here is the issue: My parents are senior citizens, and handicap. I am a handicap, and if my parents did not have anyone with them to figure out where to go or what to do, I do not know what would happen to them. I will make sure to have a very "nice" review on yelp for your company, and inform everyone to not get tricked by your agents. Since, we are looking at this matter as abuse for seniors.
